For daily cleaning, a vacuum cleaner is sufficient. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended when deep cleaning is needed. The use of chemicals and bleach can damage the product's texture.

Are there any changes in product dimensions?

Cotton-based rugs may experience a natural dimensional change of 2-3% after use and washing. This is a normal process due due to the production structure.

Does the rug shed?

Our products may exhibit slight shedding upon initial use due to the manufacturing process. With regular vacuuming, this condition quickly diminishes and returns to normal.

Will the colors of the rug fade?
