Warranty Period and Coverage
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and is 2 years.
The repair period for the goods is a maximum of 20 working days. If the defect in the goods cannot be repaired within ten working days from the date of delivery to the authorized service station or seller within the warranty period, the manufacturer or importer is obliged to provide the consumer with another product with similar features until the repair of the goods is completed.
If the goods malfunction due to material, workmanship, or assembly defects within the warranty period, they will be repaired without any charge for labor costs, replacement part costs, or under any other name.
If the consumer exercises their right to free repair, in the event that the goods:
a) malfunction again within the warranty period,
b) exceed the maximum repair time,
c) are determined to be irreparable by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer;
the consumer may demand a refund of the price of the goods, a price reduction proportionate to the defect, or, if possible, a replacement of the goods with a faultless equivalent from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's demand. In case this demand is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly and severally liable.
Malfunctions caused by using the goods contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
