A. General Explanations

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), everyone has the right to apply to İNTER KİMYASAL ÜRÜNLER A.Ş. (“CARPET FACILITY”), acting as the data controller, regarding the following matters:

  • a)To learn whether personal data is processed,
  • b)To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • c)To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether such data is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • d)To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • e)To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • f)Pursuant to Article 7 of KVKK No. 6698, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data, within the prescribed conditions, ex officio or upon the request of the data subject, where the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the data having been processed in accordance with this Law and other relevant laws,
  • g)To request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • h)To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • i)To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

B. Processing of Personal Data Relating to the Application

Through the Application Form to the Data Controller, personal data (Name, Surname, Turkish Republic Identity Number, Telephone Number, E-mail, Address and Signature) is processed in a limited and relevant manner for the purposes of identifying the applicant and managing the application. Where necessary, such personal data may be shared only with the relevant departments/persons and institutions/organisations authorised by law, depending on the nature of the application request.
