 Increasing employee performance and satisfaction, determining training and career plans, or ensuring occupational safety,
 To ensure that the products and services produced and offered by our Company and other companies affiliated with Abay Holding are delivered to consumers, suppliers, business partners, and public institutions in a healthy manner in line with the realization of our commercial and social objectives,
 For the purpose of determining and implementing the short and long-term strategic plans and commercial objectives of our Company, and establishing and executing the human resources regime,
 For the purpose of establishing communication and ensuring cooperation between our Company, Abay Holding, and its affiliated companies,
 Recording camera footage in our workplaces, offices, buildings, operational areas, and vehicles for security and other reasons,

In this context;

 To the relevant sales, rental, and service companies for user information, location data, and other usage information regarding the vehicles used by our Company and the Holding and its affiliated companies,
 To the relevant banks and financial institutions for banking and financial transactions and payroll payments of our Company and the Holding and its affiliated companies' employees, suppliers, business partners, and customers,

III. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected orally, in writing, or electronically, depending on the nature of the work, for the purpose of offering products or services by our Company in line with the purposes stated above, and for fulfilling our responsibilities accurately and completely in this context. In this framework, your personal data is processed through written and verbal applications of relevant persons, automatically via the internet, through personal applications in person, through image and sound recording devices, via e-mail, through social media tools, through applications made to the call center, through written, verbal and telephone applications, through web-based or mobile applications, and through written, verbal, and digital notifications from the Holding and other affiliated companies,

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
IV. Rights of the Data Subject
Every data subject, by presenting their identity in person (or through an authorized representative) at the company's registered address at 4th Organized Industrial Zone 83402 No. 3 Şehitkamil - GAZİANTEP, or by submitting a written application to this address via a notary public, has the right to;
a) Learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
f) Request that the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) Request compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully.
Your application will be answered within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date it reaches our company.
