How should carpet cleaning be done?


A vacuum cleaner is sufficient for daily cleaning. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended when deep cleaning is required. The use of chemicals and bleach may damage the texture of the product.

Will the product dimensions change?

Cotton-based rugs may experience a natural dimensional change of 2-3% after use and washing. This is a normal process due to their manufacturing structure.

Does the rug shed?

Due to the production process, our products may shed slightly upon first use. With regular vacuuming, this shedding will quickly decrease and return to normal.

Will the colors of the rug fade?

On which floor types can carpets be used?
